Kent Brintnall receives Grant from Wabash Center for Teaching & Learning

Dr. Brintnall, who will take over as Director of Graduate Studies beginning in fall 2020, has received a grant from the Wabash Center for Teaching and Learning in Theology and Learning that will fund a gathering of directors of stand-alone M.A. programs in Religious Studies so that they can learn from each other about the unique challenges, opportunities, and possibilities for such programs. This meeting, entitled “Shaping Teaching and Learning in Stand-Alone M.A. Programs in Religious Studies,” is currently scheduled for September 11-13, 2020. This grant was awarded to Dr. Brintnall at UNC Charlotte and Dr. Mark Given at Missouri State University.
